Code of Ethics

The Code of Ethics, standard senior of FCC,sets out guidelines for the conduct expected of our professionals in their actions and behaviour in ethical, social and environmental matters.

It applies in all the countries we work in, and covers all FCC's employees, managers, suppliers and contractors.

The Code of Ethics also strengthens the corporate culture of the organisation, having been drawn up with the purpose of unifying and reinforcing the company's identity, culture and guidelines for conduct.

Harassment Prevention and Eradication Protocol

Likewise, and with the aim of promoting a fair and diverse working environment, we have a Harassment Prevention and Eradication Protocol, approved by the Board of Directors. It contemplates, among other aspects, not tolerating conduct that entails discrimination, promoting a culture of respect and awareness of harassment, ensuring the agility of the complaint mechanisms, adopting disciplinary measures and guaranteeing the labour and social protection rights of the victims.
