RRC is distinguished by the Portuguese Business Ethics Association

Ramalho Rosa Cobetar (RRC) was distinguished by the Portuguese Association of Business Ethics, within the 6th Edition of the Recognition of Practices in Social Responsibility and Sustainability, with the Social Responsibility award in the category of Environment: Reduction of Impacts, for the recovery of 99% of the waste produced in its activity.
This award aims to recognize the organizations' social responsibility practices, understood as the practices that demonstrate the way in which organizations assume responsibility for the impacts of their decisions and activities on society and the environment, through an ethical and transparent conduct.
Social Responsibility and Sustainability are matters with a special impact on RRC's activity and, as such, are included in its Mission, Vision, Values and Policies, in particular with regard to environmental and social protection, in minimizing environmental impacts and waste prevention. This effort is recognized annually, through the successive renewal of the certification of the Environmental Management System according to the ISO 14001: 2015 standard.
This practice reflects RRC's effort to achieve a true circular economy, minimizing the extraction of resources, maximizing the reuse and prevention of waste and the recovery of most waste.
