The turnover recognised by the FCC Group during the first quarter of the year came to €2,026.7 million, up by 21.2% compared to the same period last year. The strong performance of all businesses is noteworthy, in particular the Construction area, which posted growth of 55.7%. 

Gross operating income (EBITDA) stood at €332.1 million, up by 19.3% compared to the first quarter of the previous year. The contribution of the Cement and Construction areas is also worth note thanks to the outstanding growth seen on account of the significant increase in activity. 

In turn, attributable net profit experienced growth of 13.9% to €96.9 million.

At the end of the quarter, equity stood at €5,066.2 million, 2.6% up on the figure for the same period of 2022, on account of the increase achieved in the Group's consolidated income.

In terms of the FCC Group's income portfolio, this figure came to €42,073.8 million at the end of the quarter, up by 4.5% compared to the same date of the previous year, attributable to the contribution of the Water area, followed by that of the Environment area.
