The Human Resources team of the Riyadh Metro project has been recognised by the Saudi Arabian Ministry of Human Resources for its excellence in maintaining the Wage Protection System (WPS). This award recognises FCC's commitment to delivering quality results and ensuring compliance with the standards set by the country's authorities. 

The Wage Protection System is a fundamental programme designed to foster a transparent and safe working environment in the private sector, based on a platform created in 2020 for large companies. It monitors salary disbursement processes for all employees, both Saudi and expatriate, ensuring that salaries are paid on time and according to agreed terms. This initiative significantly reduces wage disputes and upholds the rights of all parties involved in the contractual relationship.

Over the past four years, the Human Resources team has demonstrated exceptional diligence and dedication, achieving an impeccable track record in maintaining the WPS. This consistent performance underlines the expertise in managing and complying with the various systems implemented by the authorities, thus contributing to a reliable and efficient pay distribution framework.
