AUTONOMOUS ROBOTICS FOR INSPECTION AND ASSESSMENT OF EXISTING BUILDINGS WITH BIM INTEGRATION
Objective
Development of an automated, active and multidisciplinary technology for inspection, evaluation and diagnosis of the composition and state of conservation and energy efficiency of the enclosures of building assets, which facilitates the obtaining of accurate and sufficiently detailed information on construction systems and pathologies, as well as an exhaustive analysis of the building.
The system will be based on the use of a light and autonomous mobile robot, both in terms of operation and power supply, with the capacity to access any part of the envelope. Two major processes derived from this project are: Automation of the BIM model survey and Relationship of databases (information systems) with BIM models.
