FCC Concesiones, through its company FCC Concesiones Aragón, will be in charge of executing the "itinerary 8" contract as part of the Extraordinary Road Investment Plan for the Aragón Autonomous Community Network. This is a concession contract that includes the drafting of the construction project, the execution of the project, its operation, maintenance and financing of all the actions along more than 210 kilometres of roads in the regional road network included in this package, for a period of 25 years. 

Itinerary 8 of "Zaragoza-North" will have different actions which are divided, according to their nature, into: integral road conditioning, which includes the creation of new layouts in plan and longitudinal sections of certain sections of the network; the structural rehabilitation of road surfaces, which consists of the rehabilitation of the road surface and the execution of road surface reinforcement on the sections in question.  The surface renewal of the road surface, which consists of applying a surface treatment to the existing road surface on certain sections to improve its surface characteristics, as well as various road safety and operational support measures.

The project as a whole will guarantee improved road safety on the roads, significantly reducing noise and pollution levels on the various sections affected. This project will make it possible for Aragon to be one of the best European regions in which to live and to advance along the path of progress and development.
